The first wave of Riot Festival: Chicago, Denver and Toronto have been announced. Riot Fest is an alternative music festival that made its début in 2005 in the city of Chicago. Since it’s début, Riot Fest has expanded to cities such as Philadelphia, Dallas, Brooklyn, Toronto, and Denver. Last years acts featured Slayer, The Offspring, The Cure, Weezer and Jane’s Addiction.
This years festivals feature artists such as Modest Mouse, Snoop Dogg, Iggy Pop, No Doubt, and Tenacious D to name a few. Full Line up for the three cities listed below.
The second wave of artists for the three festivals are scheduled to be released at the end of the month.
Riot Fest Denver takes place August 28th to the 30th.
