According to the industry sales website Hits Daily Double, Stone Temple Pilots‘ latest release High Rise is projected to reach 13,000-15,000 copies sold for its first week based on the first day sales figures.
The five Song EP; released independently via Stone Temple Pilots‘ label Play Pen/ADA, is the first recorded material with new vocalist Chester Bennington at the helm. The EP’s debut single “Out Of Time” released earlier this year vaulted up to #1 on the Alternative Rock charts, while the second single “Black Heart” has currently yet to chart.
Having just concluded a North American tour with Stone Temple Pilots in September, Chester Bennington is now currently back in the studio with his main band Linkin Park who are in the process of recording their yet to be titled upcoming sixth-studio album.
