If you’ve been following AltWire since it’s inception back in 2013, you’ll know that there’s no secret how much some of us love the band \u041b\u0438\u043d\u043a\u0438\u043d \u041f\u0430\u0440\u043a<\/a><\/strong>. Through their game changing debut record \u0413\u0438\u0431\u0440\u0438\u0434\u043d\u0430\u044f \u0442\u0435\u043e\u0440\u0438\u044f<\/em> in 2000, and up to their balls to the wall 2014 release \u041e\u0445\u043e\u0442\u043d\u0438\u0447\u044c\u044f \u0433\u0440\u0443\u043f\u043f\u0430<\/a>,<\/em> the band’s career has taken many twists and turns. You’d think that a band around this long wouldn’t have any more surprises up their sleeves, but the lead single ‘Heavy’ off of 2017’s \u0415\u0449\u0435 \u043e\u0434\u0438\u043d \u0441\u0432\u0435\u0442<\/a><\/em> seems geared up to take the band through one of their most polarizing turns yet.<\/p>\n

Leaning towards a more polished, poppier sound (in stark contrast to The Hunting Party’<\/em>s raw production and hard rock influences), the R&B and trap influenced ‘Heavy’ features one of 2016’s biggest breakout artist’s \u041a\u0438\u0430\u0440\u0430<\/strong> on guest vocals, who skyrocketed to fame with her infectious hit single ‘Gold’ which we previously featured \u0437\u0434\u0435\u0441\u044c<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The band teased the album title over the last two weeks through a series of teaser videos for ‘Heavy’, marked by unique URLs posted to their official website (8 in total), spelling out ‘\u0415\u0449\u0435 \u043e\u0434\u0438\u043d \u0441\u0432\u0435\u0442<\/em>‘, which today was revealed as the name of the band’s upcoming 7th album.<\/p>\n

With a May 19th release date, \u041b\u0438\u043d\u043a\u0438\u043d \u041f\u0430\u0440\u043a<\/strong> fans can look forward to picking up \u0415\u0449\u0435 \u043e\u0434\u0438\u043d \u0441\u0432\u0435\u0442<\/em> which features the following tracklist:<\/p>\n
