We\u2019re incredibly honoured to have had the opportunity to take on Triple J&#8217;s \u201cLike A Version.\u201d We chose to cover Vice Grip by <a href=\"https:\/\/altwire.net\/ru\/parkway-drive-shiprocked\/\">Parkway Drive<\/a> because we\u2019re both from the same town and some of us even went to the same high school. They\u2019ve played a huge part in the rise of Australian heavy music around the world, putting our beloved Byron Bay on the global metal map.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For the unaware, <em>Like A Version<\/em> is a segment on Australian radio station Triple J where bands can comes into the studio to play one of their own songs and a cover of a song they love.<\/p>\n<p>In Hearts Wake released\u00a0two albums in a span of a year, starting with\u00a02014&#8217;s Earthwalker, which debuted at #5 on the ARIA charts and the newly released album Skydancer debuted at #2 on the ARIA charts.
