Coheed and Cambria fans everywhere rejoiced yesterday as it was announced that once again the band will be touring through North America this fall.<\/p>\n
Late last week the official Coheed and Cambria twitter posted a link to their homepage where they had hosted a new ticker countdown with no clues other than the quote: \u201cWhen it rings, will you answer?\u201d.\u00a0 This prompted many fans to enter their mobile phone numbers into a provided space. The band posted no follow up or explanation.\u00a0 That is, until yesterday.<\/p>\n
News broke mid-morning via a recorded message sent out to those who had entered their mobile numbers on the official Coheed and Cambria website.\u00a0 The recording, from band front runner Claudio Sanchez, revealed a password which gave the callers presale access to tickets and VIP packages.<\/p>\n
Coheed and Cambria will be touring starting September 5\u0439<\/sup>, 2014 with support from Thank You Scientist.\u00a0 The tour is entitled NEVERENDER IKSSE:3 and will consist of the band playing through all of its iconic sophomore album In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth:3<\/i> in its entirety.\u00a0 Having sold over one million copies since its October 2003 release, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3<\/i> has become one of the bands most popular albums among the fanbase.<\/p>\n The original Neverender tour took place back in October of 2008 and was a series of four-night long concerts in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and London during which the band played through their (at the time) current four studio albums in order telling the full story of the Amory Wars over the four sequential shows.<\/p>\n Although only a one night per venue event, this new installment of the NEVERENDER IKKSE:3 tour has still managed to excite both the hardcore and casual Coheed and Cambria fans.<\/p>\n Tickets are on sale now.\u00a0 A list of venues is as follows:<\/p>\n NEVERENDER IKSSE:3 FALL 2104 TOUR DATES:<\/i><\/strong>
