You would think that the first album after 20 years of one of the biggest rock acts in history would be announced in a special way, but instead the news was spread via a simple tweet. Polly Samson, wife of David Gilmour tweeted yesterday that Pink Floyd’s upcoming album Бесконечная река would be released in October.

Pink Floyd’s background singer Durga McBroom-Hudson shared more details on her Страница на фейсбуке: recording started during The Division Bell sessions and the album will solely consist of unreleased songs.
