Пилоты Каменного Храма will have a one-off performance this March with Честер Беннингтон of Линкин Парк, the remaining members of the iconic band reuniting with their vocalist of roughly two years for From Bach to Rock.
Stone Temple Pilots had to regretfully part ways with Bennington to allow his focus to remain on Linkin Park and his family last fall, kicking off 2016 with open auditions from any fans and musicians to find their next vocalist.
Now, the infectious chemistry between the four will be experienced quite possibly for the last performance together, From Bach to Rock proceeds to benefit Palos Verdes Peninsula public schools. Funds will support programs such as school music, physical education, library and STEM programs, safe school counselors, academic and career counselors, and teacher salaries.
From Bach to Rock will unite “platinum selling rock stars together with world-renowned classical musicians,” the line up currently headlining Stone Temple Pilots with Chester Bennington, others including Yutong and Jane Lee.
VIP Packages and Sponsorship, and General Admission Tickets will be on sale February 23rd, the intimate charity concert scheduled for March 26th. More information ЗДЕСЬ.
Meanwhile, open auditions to front Stone Temple Pilots are still up-
If you think you have what it takes to front this band, record with this band, and tour with this band, we would dig hearing from you. No one will ever “replace” Scott, that was never the intent. The intent is for Stone Temple Pilots to continue on, to evolve, and to do what we do… make music! We look forward to seeing you.
Vocal submissions are to be submitted ЗДЕСЬ. On the other hand, Linkin Park have been offering small updates in photos and quick videos to fans, their return to the studio kicked off since last year. The new album is expected later this year, Bennington’s co-vocalist Майк Шинода calling it ‘insane’ in a written update for fans.
