Enter Shikari To Release “Rat Race” Nov. 4th

A Rat Race has begun, and this time it wont include Mr. Bean, and Cuba Gooding Jr. Enter Shikari have announced plans through their official website to release ‘Rat Race’, the third single from their previously announced “three singles for 2013”. 

The track, which was recorded earlier this year with Dan Weller, will be released via digital download on November 4th and will include the previously unreleased ‘Radiate (Shikari Sound System Remix)’ as an available bonus track. The band have also revealed plans to release a download (and limited colored vinyl EP) featuring their previous single releases “The Paddington Frisk” and “Radiate”. Below is the statement from the band’s official website:

“On Monday Nov 4th, we’ll release the third of the “three singles for 2013″. as usual, through our Ambush Reality label, and distributed via our mates at [PIAS] Recordings.
    The single’s called ‘RAT RACE’, and was once again was recorded earlier this year with Dan Weller (who’s name you’ll recognise from his work on the previous singles and the ‘A Flash Flood Of Colour’album).

    Pre-orders for the digital download of the ‘Rat Race’ single (which also includes the previously unreleased ‘Radiate (Shikari Sound System Remix)’ as a bonus track) will be starting Tuesday 22nd October from iTunes and our own http://www.entershikari.com/store.
    For those of you who never got around to getting ‘The Paddington Frisk’ or ‘Radiate’ A download EP will also be available which complies all three singles plus the ‘Radiate (Shikari Sound System Remix)’ in one neat, low-priced, bundle..

    The EP will ALSO be available as a limited edition (500 copies) 12″ coloured vinyl release, available ONLYvia the Enter Shikari webstore (pre-orders for the vinyl also starting Tuesday 22nd Oct).

    ‘Rat Race’ neatly precedes a short run of shows in mainland Europe, which then ends with the our final UK show of the year (and for the foreseeable future cos there’s an album to make!);
    a headline set at London’s 10,000 capacity Alexandra Palace as part of 2013′s Warped Tour UK.”
