The band has released a short teaser clip <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fosterthepeople.com\/us\/2014#_=_\" target=\"_blank\" data-lasso-id=\"239\" rel=\"noopener\" data-old-href=\"https:\/\/www.fosterthepeople.com\/us\/2014#_=_\" data-old->on their website<\/a> that unfortunately didn&#8217;t give any information about an album or single release date:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Foster The People 2014\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZafWKo03eL0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The band also tweeted the link to the video, announcing their comeback for 2014:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We&#39;re back. It&#8217;s still unclear if any of the songs will also be on the album or even released as a single. You can watch the performance of &#8220;Feels like coming of age&#8221; below:<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/youtu.be\/kbdId5TqleA<\/p>\n<p>Foster The People&#8217;s last album &#8220;Torches&#8221;, containing their biggest hit single &#8220;Pumped Up Kicks&#8221;, was released in 2011 and received two Grammy nominations. Still, the second record of the band will be different as singer Mark Foster said in a recent interview with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/foster-the-people-second-album-not-the-record-people-will-expect-81560\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-lasso-id=\"240\" rel=\"noopener\" data-old-href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/foster-the-people-second-album-not-the-record-people-will-expect-81560\/\" data-old->Rollender Stein<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;It&#8217;ll be interesting. It&#8217;s not the record that people are gonna expect us to release second. It&#8217;s definitely an evolution for us, and it&#8217;s a more polarizing record for us, so I&#8217;m excited to see how it&#8217;s received, for better or worse.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He doesn&#8217;t have to wait much longer, cause while the second album was delayed several times, Foster said in the same interview that its first single will hit radios in January.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nach drei Jahren sind Foster The People mit neuer Musik zur\u00fcck!
