Hollow Front vocalist\u00a0<\/span>Tyler Tate<\/span><\/b>\u00a0describes the track as their most vocally and instrumentally challenging to date. After a slow burning intro, \u201cTreading Water\u201d kicks into full throttle and maintains a roller coaster-like energy until its close.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201e<\/span>It\u2019s a song about being dragged under by the negative thoughts in your head and always feeling like you\u2019re taking one step forward and ten steps back<\/span><\/i>,\u201d shares Tate, adding: \u201c<\/span>It describes that feeling of drowning in your life, but always fighting and clawing your way back up to the surface, and not believing all the negative things your mind is telling you because you have a purpose to fulfil.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
